  • January 26, 2017, the Republic day of India decided with her husband to visit the Fort, where the same previously. I will say that the renovated and completely open it very interesting. It now tickets. We were lucky, we got into the holiday, so tickets cost 10 rupees per person, and so price-50 rupees. If you are doing a photo on your camera phone-free if you have a Prof. camera, photographing will cost you 2000rupij (as on it, and the penalty for failing this permission) in Forte exhibition (May and now comes another) local cartoonist. Very interesting pictures. Just open the lower tier, where again the old photos, reproductions of paintings can be found not only with the formation of the Fort and its history, but also with the history of the Goa. from fotra overlooks Panaji

  • One of the oldest forts in Goa. Recently renovated by Helen Hamlyn Trust working with the Government of Goa and INTACH. The fort is well maintained. There's a small reception where you can buy the entry tickets from. They take you till the gate in their vehicle, a Maruti Omni van. The path towards the gate is a steep incline and a bit challenging. They have Mario Miranda's works on display in a hall, Old V/S New old pictorial depictions in the basement and various pictures of the restoration process in a small hall. If you're someone who's passionate about history and architecture, set aside your quality time and enjoy. Don't miss the church next door.
  • Nice atmosphere. Well maintained and a clean place. Good place to come with family and friends. The entire panjim city is visible from the top of the fort. They Have a beautiful display of collection and art piece of famous Goan cartoonist Mario Miranda. Try and visit on Sundays and on public holidays as they charge 10rs and on other days they charge 60rs.
  • A fort that's tucked away from the beaten path. Of all the locations I've visited in Goa, this fort offered the best views of the sea. It is fairly small (you can finish visiting in an hour), but it is well worth your time. They did a great job with the restoration. If you're in Goa and have an idle hour, head to Reis Magos.
  • One of the must visit place in goa. Very clean and beautifull place with out this your trip won't worth i love this place. Nice place for families with kids.
  • A beautiful place to visit in goa,for nature lover, calm and quiet,or engage yourself in history, climb up the granite stair case watch river mandvi flowing, and those canons and feel power .There are lots of photos of REIS MAGOS ,so I'm not posting any photo of the fortess, rather I'm posting some information which will help the visitors for sure.A must visit place in Goa.
