  • Bee Falls takes it's name from Bees since this place is famous for honey bees. Incidentally, do pick up some local honey from Pachmarhi, it's different. Now, coming to Bee Falls, if you are an avid.....  more »
  • Natural beauty aside, Pachmarhi has a lot of up & down. If you make your way here & intend to go sightseeing, please pack a pair of comfortable walking/ hiking shoes. At the Bee Falls too, we'd to...  more »
  • Nice place for kids and young ones. You need to track for good 15 minutes to reach bottom of fall. We enjoyed alot.  more »
  • Overrated. The falls simply don't justify the trek and the 400-500 odd stairs that lead to them. Locals have their own stories about how magical the water is, and do visit once if there's nothing better you could do at the time. The whole visit takes about 1.5 hours , depending on your athletic abilities though. I would post a picture here but it's really like any other waterfall you might have seen.
  • It's a great place to see and have a shower under the fall. Few things to note - The climb is very steep specially coming back up. The steps are uneven and quiet high so carrying a child back or carrying heavy luggage back will be difficult. There are few people offering to carry small kids down and back up. They charge 300 or 400 rupees for the service - I think. The main fall is about 400 steps down below. The place to go under the main fall is slippery and quite rocky. The space is limited and there are a lot of people there. Not easy for a family or women to enjoy the place. If you go down a little - it's difficult to go down as you have to go over some rocks - it's quieter. There is no drinking water or any shops there. So bring your own water. There is a small fall up above which is easy to get to, quieter and less risky to enjoy. For families it's a better option. Go down take pictures and then come back up and enjoy the small fall up above.
  • Beautiful creation of the nature in Satpura national park. Easy to visit the falls by step down. But surprisingly on the place there is a lavatory without minimum maintenance. If you go down ward from the falls, several kinds of garbage, disposal are found. Yet this place is strictly prohibited for the said purpose. I think more attention should be paid by the national park authorities.
  • A good place to go. Waterfall is lovely and you get a nice massage with ice cold water. Steps are steep to go near the bottom of the falls. Nature is serene. A bit of maintenance by the Govt. authorities will be make it a place to recon.
  • It is one of the most beautiful places around Pachmarhi. There are around 500 stairs to go down. You will enjoy going down but while climbing up you if will face problem!
