Admire a national landmark at Parliament House--designed by British architects Edwin Lutyens and Herbert Baker, it was completed in 1927 and serves as the seat of India's parliament. Observe the grandiose central hall, a majestic circular structure surrounded by smaller buildings and verdant, well-manicured gardens. The complex is not accessible to the general public, but you can admire it from behind the red stone walls or from your vehicle, and take some memorable photographs of the historic structure. • Not a very recommended stop to stop by, Parliament House is a relatively new area built around 1920-30. Mentioned maybe in some tours, but not a real touristic spot: You cannot go inside nor even walk...  more »

  • One should definitely pay a visit to the place where all the major decisions are made in the country and be a part of one of these sessions. You need a pass to attend one of the sittings of the parliament. Had a great experience. The canteen inside is awesome!! Such delicious food at extremely low prices.
  • A very important place of Democratic Country, India. All of the important decisions are taken here. High profile security provided in this place.
  • Parliament of India is Place from where the country runs , The best part is visitors gallery from where you get chance to hear the policy makers debating about different issues. I would prefer that parliament functions without disruption as is the case so often. Politicians should understand that they are being watched by the youth of the country and they there to debate the issues which are concerned to the common public rather than shouting and yelling.
  • One of the great building with great architecture in Lutyen's Delhi. Its a high security place and visits allowed only for politicians and govt. high officials
  • One of the most powerful building of the world. Symbol of the biggest democracy of the world. Pride of India
