Where to stay in New Delhi

New Delhi contains some of India's finest and most popular hotels, catering to business travelers and well-heeled tourists. For budget accommodations, consider the neighborhood of Paharganj, just west of the New Delhi railway station. Noisy and packed with peddlers of every kind, the area offers some of the least expensive rooms located relatively near major attractions. Guesthouses serve as the city's best mid-range option, with new ones constantly springing up to satisfy the growing number of visitors. • Excellent place for a evening dinner. It has both open and closed seating options. However, if you are not sitting outside then you are losing the experience. Food quality is between medium to average, nothing that will leave your taste buds craving for more. Be prepared to shell out rs. 1500 - 2000 per person for a good meal with drinks.
  • Soft Jogging track. Clean. Positive vibes. Secured. Best time Morning - Everyday After noon - Oct to April Evening - August to April Cycling not allowed. Many Yoga groups are active in the morning. People do the exercise in groups. Greenery, history & Air are complimentary.
  • WOW.... is the word. People come to Delhi to visit monuments, and shop in the local markets. Well, parks like these certainly make us Delhiites proud. Firstly, its very neat and clean. Its a declared, protected Monument. ( The Tomb's inside) So its very clean and very well maintained. Summer Mornings and evenings are a delight ! Anytime during the day in winters would also be equally good I am sure.
  • I love this place. The location, the crowd and the environment is so great. And thanks to the government it is maintained very well. It's a great place to jog, run, play sports or just hang around. Keep it up Lodhi garden.
  • The best park area in Delhi with a rich greenery and peace. It has become my favourite place in Delhi. Plan your trip wisely as you would like to spend a lot of time in the park admiring each and every place. Best time to roam there is evening around the sunset.
