  • Spirituality and calmness in the midst of the frenzy of Chandni Chowk. Go and experience it yourself. Check in your shoes, borrow a headscarf and wander around. The VDU shows the service in English as well as Hindi (or Punjabi maybe?). I was ushered into the eating hall for a nutritious lunch of vegetable curry, chapati, and two types of dal. Very tasty. Generous hospitality, no pressure to contribute or convert. You can even go around the back for a shower.
  • Gurudwara Sis Ganj, the symbol of sacrifice. The best time to visit in the morning. Sit there for a while. You will feel the vibes. Every Saturday night the Sikh community clean the Gurudwara. Any one can do the community service during that time.
