  • Beautiful Sikh temple in Old Delhi. We listened to the service while musicians played. We were given a tour of their amazing kitchen where free meals are prepared for and served to about 10,000 people a day. Incredible how organized and friendly the staff and volunteers are.
  • This is my favorite thing I did while in Delhi. I like culture more than sightseeing. If you visit here as a foreigner, don't consider it a tourist site, but a cultural experience. Ask for an employee to give you a tour. Everything is free. They will not pressure you for a donation. See the worship area, the kitchen, and dining hall. I was nervous to eat, but I considered it part of the experience. Even the food is free for all. Please be very respectful while visiting.
  • A spiritual place of worship for our great Sikh brethren at the heart of Delhi, on the Chandni Chowk area. Excellently maintained, this calm and quiet, divine place is worth visiting. Every facility is free here, right from keeping chappals, wash, offering prayers and food, which is said to be offered to Ten Thousand people daily. One should visit this place to know how nicely Gurudwaras are maintained. Staff is very helpful. Looks beautiful in the night too ( please see the pix)
  • A TOP class Gurudwara ,very clean and calm inside . Provides heavenly peace and a prayer space. Outside all the Market activities in abundance ,old Delhi's best markets around. Fun visiting these markets along with , for shopping and food shops for Old fond memories.
