  • This is one of the best tourist attractions in Delhi and this is a must for both domestic and foreign tourist. Please leave your Camera and phones in the Car/Bus as they don't allow both. It is a one day trip this beautiful temple complex and therefore plan properly and enjoy the rides and shows. The place is very beautiful and you just gush about the architecture of the building. Even the various shows there are amazing the historical boat ride along with fountain show in the evening are too good😃😃
  • A must visit place in Delhi along with other site seeing places of interest for tourist. Though one needs to plan better for a visit to Akshardham, as there are long queues with security. Summer time makes it more difficult to go during the day, with long walks. best time to go is in the evening so that one can see the Musical fountain as well before return. Once you are in, don’t miss light and sound show. This is one of the best in India. Excellent temple. Worth visiting.
  • This temple is so amazing and fascinating that what I will told you gays it's totally awesome and amazing. You peple really don't believe that my experience was so good and amazing. The construction is totally different from other temple the elephant structure are totally different forms different temples I really can't share my review by typing on this because I if you will also go there first time you will also shock what the amazing place you are standing in. And yes if you people go with your family or friends please see the water show. Because that's the amazing part of this temple. You can also do boating inside this amazing temple I hope you people go with your family or friends and enjoy so much.
  • Must visit place in Delhi. Irrespective of your religious beliefs this place is worth visiting. Once you are in, don’t miss light and sound show. This is one of the best in India. Metro connectivity, huge parking space and good food options are some of key highlight. You will also find some peace there as mobile phone is not allowed inside :) Locker facility is available to keep all your belongings.
  • We were blown away by the Swaminarayan Akshardham, a huge complex set on a 100-acre site. It was built in only five years by craftsmen and volunteers and inaugurated Nov. 6, 2005. The main structure, 141 feet high, 316 feet wide and 356 feet long, includes 300,000 hand-carved stones, 234 ornate pillars, 20,000 statues and statuettes, nine domes and 20 pinnacles. The light show is one of several attractions. It blends lasers, lights, fire, fountains, animations, video projection and live interaction and is amazing. Others (which we didn’t see) include a 50-minute show with robotic statues and films with messages of non-violence, honesty, family, harmony, faith in God and others; a 40-minute large format film theatre showing a film shot in 108 locations in India with a cast of over 45,000; and a 12-minute boat ride portraying India’s heritage. There’s also a “holy pond” with the “holy waters of 151 sacred rivers, lakes and step-wells of India” flowing through 108 bronze water spouts representing “the 108 auspicious names of God.” Note that phones, cameras, purses and bags have to be checked at the entrance. It is possible to have a photo taken (for purchase) inside and a well-illustrated book is available for purchase -- both for low prices.
