Where to stay in Nashik

An important pilgrimage site, Nashik can accommodate large numbers of visitors from all walks of life, with a variety of lodgings from the upper end to small budget guesthouses. Most luxurious hotels follow the Nashik Freeway through the Uttan Nagar and Wasan Nagar areas, while mid-range options focus along Route 848 converging in Gangawadi on the south bank of the Godavari River. Budget accommodations, called dharamshalas, can be found across the city. Some of the best mid-range hotels lie on the Agra-Pune highway and in Ambad.

  • Very nice place.. Have a great experience.. You can enjoy Short family tour...
  • Worst place. Harassment to couples by asking id cards and home photos to prove that they are married. Fountain very dirty with stinking water. Garden full of mosquitoes. Musical fountain is a joke....with age old fountain and few coloured lights that come on and off like diwali lamps. The height is that they have a white wall behind fountain on which they project vulgar, cheap, erotic song sequence in front of families having children but stop unmarried couples from entering this place. The exhibitiin is also a joke. It does not have any information about first sound film or colour film. Locals have stopped coming here for fear of getting malaria or catching skin disease from the spray of the fountain having gutter water. Do not waste your time travelling 10 kms from nasik to watch this filth and get humiliated by the watchmen at entrance who think they are IAS officers.
  • This place belongs to Nashik Municipal Corporation (NMC). It was beautiful when it was newly build some 2 decades ago, All the big stars of Bollywood performed on the inauguration. But things are not the same now, it's not maintained properly. Localities can visit just as a small evening outing... Nothing else. I will add pictures soon.
  • Refreshing. Nice place to visit. Toys for children is not in working condition. Good place to take walks.
  • Good place for visit, it has all facilities People came with family also. Good ,comfortable,Easy to locate place.
