  • You as tourists but live like a family. The hosts are such warm and.hospitable that you are welcome to roam every inch of their creation, including their home. If you are interested in trekking to nearby places, they'll arrange a guide or will brief you the route and pack lunch for you. Pluck the ripe fruit from any tree, play around the nearby park, trek to Kapileshwar Temple (10km away...all downhill), there's much more to do than you can imagine. • This is the place in case you really want to spend your holidays near nature. We spent 2 N / 3 D at Sonapani and It was the best part of our 9 days vacation in Uttarakhand. Food / Ambiance / Service all were great. Ashish & Deepa are great hosts and they have good people working for them Teju / Bhalu. The best part was that there was no TV and sporadic Internet connection and still it was fun specially when the kids like TV. Thanks a lot guys !
  • A beautiful eco resort, with amazing view and people. Go to this place for amazing food and views. The people who run this place will treat you like personal guests and not customers. And this the best part of the place.
  • simple yet amazing property, TERRIFIC location great owners
  • Far away from civilization, yet does not lack any facilities. A place to let go and destress oneself. Warm hospitality shared with Ashish, Deepa and everyone around :)

Where to stay in Nainital

Nainital boasts a good number of accommodations, with the popular hill station combining the old and the new, the upmarket and the simple across its slopes. Many of the more refined options occupy commanding positions by the lake, or use height to their advantage, gaining extensive, postcard-worthy views up the hill to the northwest. Mall Road remains the place to look for the majority of accommodations in town, with a fair set of hotels, homestays, and guesthouses.
