Awesome experience.... This fort is so wisely designed that enemy cannot know which is the entry gate, without coming very close to it. Many war techniques have been implemented to counter attack the enemies. A local guide on that place can tell you the details about the features very well. Worth a visit.

Fort is really superb with 12 specialities described by the guide. It is really worth taking a guide with you. You can't cover 22acre vast fort with even a whole day. Atmosphere plays crucial part here. If rain is there then boating is closed. Just visited on 10-06-2017. Boating is so adventurous.

Attention missing from the government to preserve this heritage. Local villagers are financially exploiting the tourists in the name of entry fees to the village as well as parking fees. The boat travel is of Rs. 100 fare, and in addition to it, a group of people demand for money for helping people get in and out of the boat.

Undefeated fort. The architecture of fort is marvelous.Beauty and strength of this fort can easily be felt. Poorly maintained. Feel pity that local making living out of it but not giving back to the courtesy to this place. Give a thumbs up👍 and reply if my reviews helps you. Your feedback helps me improve and keeps motivated. Thank you.

Quite remote place but worth visiting. Better take coastal route from North to South to reach then going through the backcountry due to road conditions. In the Fort itself I missed any Information Boards which does not give justice to this impressive Monument. However, that can be neglected by just enjoying the walk around, seeing the various structures. Also be ensured, that you can see the main parts of the Fort easily within 45 min exploring on your own.
