  • I have seen many aquariums and Taraporewala from outside, looked quite promising. I was surprised to see what I found. Although the aquarium looks nice from the outside, all I found was several old tanks with fishes decorated by pan stained spit. It was unclean & old and I thought I would fall sick if I spent too long there. The fish collection is small but okay. However, given the space there is SO much you can do. But who will do it? Maybe we as citizens of Mumbai should do something to improve it.
  • Another Amazing tourist attraction in Mumbai. After two years of renovation I visited this place. Grand infrastructure. Many fishes. Walking distance from marine lines station. All time crowded. Do not visit it in vacations due to school visits to this place. Thank-you.
  • Well If you are crazy about the marine life. Then this is the perfect place to visit. Taraporewala aquarium is the place where there are many different kinds of fishes, sea shells and turtles. The different kinds of fishes are kept in different tanks. Also their information is displayed on the TV which is hanged above the tank. You can clik the photos only if you pay a minimal ammount of Rs.500 for photography. For tourists it costs 1000 for a digital camera. The tickets vary. For Government employees it is Rs.30. For Educational Institutions Rs.30. People above age 12 Rs.60. Anyways it is worth the price. I was really happy and lucky to visit such a place. 🐟🐠🐡🐬🐢
  • The place is replenished with the cleanliness and all new variety of fishes and other aquatic animals. Kids will enjoy the Aquarium with a visual of max type of marine and fresh water fishes. Also they have a giant turtle. Collection of shells is great. Best time to go is a weekday otherwise you will end up in a long queue with a waiting time of about close to an hour. Have a happy time while your visit.
  • Nice place, on the Marine lines, lots of fisheries are there but the best one is that their is a huge turtle, and he is very cute😁. But the aquarium is too small in size. I visited their on 20th of August 2016, the ticket price is 60 rs for an adult person. And You can not click pictures inside the aquarium, for clicking pictures you need to take ticket for that also.. Overall nice place😊
