  • Old n antic fashionable items market. It is mainly muslim prone area. Good for purchase of clothing n shoes. Very crowded place. Foreigners often visit for antic items. Place is dirty
  • The best place in the city to rummage around for a bargain. With that being said, it is pretty easy to get ripped off of you don't know exactly what you're buying. Beware of the "antiques" which are mostly items that are made to look old. With the redevelopment of this entire area I don't know for how long more there will be a place like Chor Bazaar. Bombay will be none the better of this place gets lost in the city's bid to have these facts of land redeveloped by every greedy developer and politician around.
  • A great place to go for Perfume buyers.. we can see almost every single fragrance here. Beyond this you can afford to buy cheap dress materials
  • A true gem of South Mumbai with its narrow lanes housing many an antique shop which have been selling their wares for more than a century now. I have a personal connect with this place as my father is an antique dealer and I have spent many an afternoon just strolling the streets of chor bazaar peeking in to the shops and sometimes finding true pieces of art. A must visit for anyone looking to either explore or do some souvenir shopping.
  • Be sure to keep your pocket nd mobile safe There are lot of things you can buy at a cheap price (depends upon your bargaining skills)
