Where to stay in Mumbai (Bombay)

In a cramped city like Mumbai, finding a budget hotel can present a serious challenge. Many business travelers and tourists choose to stay in South Mumbai, the oldest and richest neighborhood in the city. Accommodations here put you close to most top museums, restaurants, bars, art galleries, and shops. Proximity to major attractions comes at a premium price, though--not surprising for one of the most expensive cities in Asia. If you plan to visit on a tight budget, look for options near railway stations, but prepare for low-grade rooms and few or no amenities.

  • Highest court in the state. Issues? The security feels inadequate, dogs and cats roam in the court. Also many of the staff members of the department are disrespectful. As far as the judges are concerned, best of the judges in India come out from the High Court of Mumbai
  • A CLASS 1 HERITAGE OF MUMBAI A Display OF British ARCHITECTURE WELL MAINTAINED AND NEET AND CLEAN GREEN, SILENT ATMOSPHERE.
  • nice place mumbai high cort near charch gate sation big space
  • Beautiful Heritage building... Entry from back side for con man or common man (depends on the judgement). Go to computer office to track HC cases. An AC library for judges and lawyers (?)... English is the 'national' language of this court. One can visit to see the real life court proceedings which is completely different from 'ha judge-sahab mein tezaab hu...' kind of Bollywood court.
  • After 10 years of fighting in small cause court we won the case and Mumbai high court in one day resend the matter back to small court. Justice Delyed is justice denied.
