  • Bandra Fort is located on the extreme west of Bandra. This Fort is a very good fort location. It is surrounded by waters around the fort which makes a good view and a good amount of fresh air inside.  more »
  • Though there are a lot of places in Mumbai that are famous for spotting couples doing PDA, this one definitely stands on top of the list. The view (of the sea link :-D) is truly amazing from this plac...  more »

  • This place has nice view of the sea. Couples and family, both, can hang out here and sink in the beauty of nature. You can sit here for as ling as you want. Very recently a new toilet has been opened nearby which is a respite since there was no option for women.
  • The fort is a small reminiscence of the actual fort. Most of the area is closed for public. The adjoining garden is mostly crowded by couples displaying love in public including kissing, lap sitting, smooching etc. Not a suitable place for children. You can see some part of Bandra-Worli sea link ( Not very grand view). One time can be visited.
  • Beautiful place to be on your weekends. I dont think it needs a description. You just can go, sit and gaze at endless waves of water and listen to their language for satisfaction.
  • It's an old fort restored quite a bit and has nothing old remaining as such. Although it has lost the historic value it has great view of the see and Bandra-Worli Sea Link. Must visit if you are in Mumbai
  • Nice place to visit. Though a very small part of that fort remains. But the view of the ocean with a small rocky beach is very enjoyable.

Where to stay in Mumbai (Bombay)

In a cramped city like Mumbai, finding a budget hotel can present a serious challenge. Many business travelers and tourists choose to stay in South Mumbai, the oldest and richest neighborhood in the city. Accommodations here put you close to most top museums, restaurants, bars, art galleries, and shops. Proximity to major attractions comes at a premium price, though--not surprising for one of the most expensive cities in Asia. If you plan to visit on a tight budget, look for options near railway stations, but prepare for low-grade rooms and few or no amenities.
