2.9/5 based on 850+ reviews on the web
Hindu tradition believes Nakki Lake to be a sacred site, and Mahatma Gandhi's ashes were spread across the water here. As you walk along the shoreline, notice Toad Rock, which looks like a frog getting ready to jump in the lake. You can also see Raghunath Temple and Maharaja Jaipur Palace standing proudly on the nearby hills. If you want to see the lake from a different perspective, boating and horseback rides can provide you with that experience. Take a look at our Mount Abu trip builder to schedule your visit to Nakki Lake and learn about what else to see and do during your holiday.
