  • It's a nice attraction and pretty nicely maintained living roots bridge. Pretty and unique thing to experience and see.  more »
  • Entire north east has several unusual things, that normally we do not find in other parts of the country, especially in the planes. These root bridges are also one of those things. Normally we see hug...  more »
  • The living root bridge is a marvel of nature, backed with human brains. Not to be missed, except for those who have physical constrains for the short trek to and fro.  more »

  • Living Root Bridge is over one of the water falls connecting two hills bank with a nice view of the waterfalls, a very quite environment with the heavy waterfall sound. Also nearby 10 min away from a view point from where some waterfalls and view of Bangladesh can be seen from the nearby view point. Separate ticket is required to view the root bridge which is available before entering the way to the living Root Bridge.
  • If you want to see a living root bridge this is a good place to go. If you are adventurous and can do a tough trek please go to Double Decker Living Root Bridge. It's a treat! This place is too crowded. Had a very though time to find a pic of the root only. Good one if you had a to-do list and wanted to tick off living toot bridge.
  • Thanks to the Khasi tribe of NOhwet village to weave the roots of these rubber trees into a bridge. It is so special and attracting much tourists. To reach here we have to walk much distance and step downstairs.path is difficult but we will enjoy at the end
  • Absolutely stunning item. At first I am seeing such a thing. The bridge is made of roots of different trees. A place that should be visited in your life time.
  • U have to b fit to reach that point. Going down thousands of stairs plus the hike. Recommended to leave early with your packed lunch. You must return back before sunset. A local guide is must.
