  • One tree hill appeals especially because of the still existing possibility to cross the ridge between the main walking path and one-tree-hill
  • Each of points at Matheran is accessible by walk. This point is adjacent to Belvedere point. Beautiful location.
  • One tree is visible from most of the points. It might look fat, but isn't. The way to it is little difficult. But the view is amazing.

  • “A trekker's delight!” My wife and I trekked this in the monsoon and had a good 4 hours of ascending fun. It begins with the simple and easy gradients and like many other treks, gradually leads to steeper and difficult climbs. We did it leisurely and so took a good amount of time stopping at places and shooting pictures of ourselves as well as the scenic landscapes but the mosquitoes made it difficult for us to remain at one place for long. Fortunately, we were carrying the ointment repellent and although it did not keep them away from buzzing in our ears but did protect us from being bitten. One tree hill trek is a beautiful, small little trek and did give me enough thrills to tag it as adventurous and in other ways just enough visual pleasures to tag it as a leisure getaway. Loved it! • Nice place.. And the view is awesome. But you can't reach easily there. Because it's life risking. Just see from distance and come back
  • Its actually worth a visit. Though as name suggest, there is only one tree but the journey is very thrilling. Its a life risking journey to reach the point. One of the most dangerous points in matheran but the view is actually worth watching.
  • Trek is a bit challenging compared to other points. View this point offers is worth the risk.
  • Unique Location. Loved it
