  • Best beach in Mangalore. Usually place is bit cosy on weekends but you can go on either sides where you won't find much people. Beach is well maintained. It also houses some facilities like Boating, Water games, restaurants. Next to it, you can find Mangalore Port, and some time it's good to see huge ships going in and out of port.
  • It is a nice place to visit near manglore . You can spend time there even you can take bath in sea also. Sea foods are also available there . Evening is also very nice there. Some small hotels are also there . I spent almost whole day there. It was a nice experience to spent time there..
  • This is one of the best beaches in India. But getting into water closes at 6 as water levels become too high. Till 6, you can enjoy spending in water. Bathr rooms and changing rooms available at nominal prices
  • It is clean and easily accessible for water sports and swimming. The flow of water isn't much this side. It is barricaded by a long stretch of boundary made up of boulders. I felt happy here. I could play with water and waves. The flow of water allows kids and family members to experience it thoroughly. I ate churmuri (bhelpuri) and peanuts there. They were tasty and fresh. Hygiene is better than other beaches like Goa.
  • The beach is very nice. It's usually heavily crowded. Visitors have the facility to keep their luggage in the counter which is pretty expensive. Overall, a very nice experience.
