Head to one of India's royal residences and take in views of surrounding majestic snow-capped mountains at Stok Palace Museum. The Ladakhi royalty of the Namgyal dynasty of Ladakh once used the 19th-century Buddhist monastery as their home. Today it serves as a residence of royal descendants, as well as housing a museum that exhibits weapons, clothing, and jewelry of past kings and queens.
