  • Superb atmosphere and serene surrounding! The peace in the Monastery is just spell bound. Try the veg momos at the eatery inside the Monastery gate ;) Avoid public holidays or data when the usual crowd goes. Chaos spoil the fun and is a mess.. Kudos to the management foe keeping it clean and superb green!
  • Serene place. Must visit on your way to Talacavery & Coorg. Morning prayers are worth watching. Its a quite place. Nice architecture. Good site to de-stress. Its not far from Mysore.
  • One fact about this place - this is the second largest Tibetan settlement outside of Tibet. The largest being Mcleodganj (near Dharamsala in Himachal Pradesh)
  • I visited this place during my college life. The place's so vast and amazing.I loved each and every moment. If you like meditation calmness, and peace, then this is the right place.
  • This place very calm, peaceful and serene. The statues inside the temple are huge and also the paintings around are marvelous. Do visit this temple. There is also a shopping complex outside the temple.
