  • Impressive gardens and great hospitality. Showed up spontaneously and still got a great guided tour by Abraham himself. We tried many fresh fruits and spices on the way through the gardens, all for free. They have a nice little spice shop, too, to support the gardens. Overall a very informative and entertaining visit. Definitely a highlight of our trip!
  • We went there in pouring rain. Mr. Abraham was kind enough to still take us around the garden. It's beautiful! And he is a very knowledgeable person to see it with. It was lovely to feel, smell and taste all the different varieties of bark, stem, fruits and leaves. It's like he has put together all possible spices in a very accessible area. And not only spices. He has exotic fruits and dozens of varieties of some of them. This was an education. I would love to back there again and spend more time!
  • A Wonderful place to get educated about the large variety of spices and other intrinsic plants of Kerala. Highly educational and interesting for both adults and kids. The guided tour takes about an hour and cost Rs 100/- per head. Well worth it.
  • The shop has good quality spices. The dark chocolate here is especially great for brownies and cakes. Have been buying from here for past 3 years. The spices are a little more expensive from the local markets in Kerala though but if you're only visiting thekkady then this is a nice option.
  • Very good place. Justin explained everything in detail. We bought spices grown at the same place
