  • The museum is closed for maintenance on Monday and Tuesday. Sadly we were visited on Tuesday and could not able to see.
  • The museum has collection of various dolls and toys. The children will love the place. Several activities are organized inside the musuem often.
  • A must visit for every child in Kolkata. Very good depiction of history of Ramayana and Mahabharata.
  • I would highly recommended this place to every school going child. A very good place to children. I often notice a few badly damaged cars (due to accident etc) always there in side of the entrance , near exide crossing. Which is very unfair.
  • Kids should surely love the humongous dolls and toys collection around the world. The depiction of the two epics Ramayana and Mahabharata are really appealing. Ticket price- adult - Rs 5/- children- Rs 3/- It also offers courses and workshops on dance, drama, music, painting and many more subjects for children.
  • Very Good one and clean. Maintained well. One can learn the culture of the people by seeing the dolls. Also the highlight is the Ramayana and Mahabharata stories. Must watch for children.
  • Excellent series of dioramas - one each for the Ramayan and Mahabharat - the two great Indian epics.
  • The mahabharat and ramayan presented using clay models and all were gr8!
