The seats are really cozy and comfy. The they're is clean. The moment you reach there you have people to amiably show you the way. But given the fact that the screen is too small for a theatre subdues all these good service qualities. If that can be resolved, the theatre is wonderful location wise, price wise and experience wise.

1. Great initiative of Govt of west Bengal. 2. Clean place. 3. 1st floor movie Hall must be bigger and seats could have been better. Seats are hard and non reclining.

Went there for a movie with family and kids. Hall was small but cozy. Sitting arrangement was good! Outside is neat and clean and the waiting lounge is proper with proper sitting arrangement. Inside at ground floor a coffee shop and a cake shop is there. A good place to go with kids and family for a movie. Some gift shops and an ethnic garment shop is also there. Only problem is that the toilets could be more clean. Ground floor toilets were smelly and to some extent dirty. But overall impression was good.

Excellent. A sprawling complex with brilliant architectural design and maintained spick and span. Technically up to date facilities. Three auditoriums. Neat and clean utilities are available. Needs a good snack bar and a library with books on subjects appropriate to its theme. More publicity essential for popularising it.

Nice place for movie outing. Balcony seats are really good. At least 1-1.5 feet level difference between two seat row. Sound quality is also good. Only demerit is no such shop for fooding is available here.
