Mother House is the site of Mother Teresa's tomb and contains a small museum dedicated to the founder of the Missionaries of Charity. The simple white tomb is always covered with flowers and heartwarming messages written in yellow petals. • Mother Teresa's room is still intact, it seems that should fall at any moment. the impression is that they did not wish to further remove from there. Inside the room where is his grave almost unnatural silence reigns and the energy that you feel is really strong. Beautiful also the Sister who live within Mother who, always ready with a smile, greet tourists and volunteers around the world.

  • Super humbling to see Mother Theresa's room and final resting place. Museum is small but poignant. Nuns at the house are super nice and speak English well. Highly recommended if in Kolkata.
  • Calm place. It has the tomb of mother teresa. Opens for public from 9 am to see the room of her and to see her belongings. No eateries around, hence eat and go. Close by a bakery is there but he sells old stale stuff, but you can buy bottled water.
  • You can feel the warmth of the great soul who served humankind with such great passion. It's like you almost feel HER presence there. SHE lived in such simple surroundings, never used even a fan in HER room.
