  • A hustling and bustling place with people all around. An ideal place for street photography as well. And an incredible view of Howrah Bridge can be witnessed.
  • It is THE PLACE for a street Photographer... Awesome place and taking darshan of the mighty Ganges is a blessing itself... A bit of Cleaning and Maintenance should be done for the beautification... The Howrah Bridge stands proudly over the river and it's an ecstatic scene... Absolutely Loved this place...
  • It's a street photographer's dream to be walking through the different hues and textures that form the market. I am made to understand that the flowers sold here vary with the seasons and festivals. Not the cleanest place in the city but the visual treat is worth the effort.
  • One of biggest flower market if India. They do lots of export from here along with domestic supply. Government should take more steps to develop this place.
  • It is one of the largest flower markets of the state. Ideal to buy all sorts of flowers both in bulk and small needs. Charges are reasonable. They very often push for flowers of old stocks. One must check well for fresh flowers.
