(4.3/5 based on 500+ reviews on the web)
Originally a Dutch home, Kashi Art Gallery started its reign as Kochi's contemporary art hub in 1977. Local artists and art-lovers gather here to appreciate popular art exhibitions from masters like NN Rimzon, Sosa Joseph, Zakkir Hussein, Valsan Koorma Kolleri, and Anant Joshi. The onsite cafe allows you to reflect on the exhibitions over a cup of coffee while chatting with friends. Keep your eyes peeled for important works around the cafe, too, including some by Christina Mamakos, K S Radhakrishnan, and Pradeep Naik. • The menu was excellent with great and unusual choices - salads and veggie burgers with fruit and pulses. The artwork on display was really interesting and helped to create a relaxed atmosphere. The service was great one night we went but on the other, they had an influx of customers and didn't cope at all well, however the food and atmosphere were good enough for us to go back the following evening.
  • I love this place - Great food plus an even better ambience, the artwork and very friendly staff. The cafe itself has a lovely feel to it.I always try to visit Kashi Art Cafe when in Fort kochi. The food is great, tasty and well served.Always love the Chocolate Cake here.Must try.Highly recommended :-) :-) !!!
  • Cafe inside an art gallery. Fresh food and a great ambiance. Try their desserts. Ginger tea was amazing! DO read the artists descriptions about each art work.
  • As you enter the walkway to the cafe, you see a lot of graffiti and paintings adoring you. The art keeps on changing every to 4 months. I ordered fusilli pesto which was ok on taste and quantity too was less. The dish of omelet, spinach and mushrooms was good to eat.
  • It's almost has a cult status. Great ambience. There is an art exhibition hall. You get to see some interesting paintings. Nice coffee, good food. If you are in Fort Kochi, drop in there and experience the charm of thi place.
