  • Superb Museum, testifying to the Portuguese colonial architecture, nestled in a domesticated vegetation. A very attentive guide, probably passionate about his subject... Nice visit at this place put in scene with taste. Ready green Woods Bethlehem where we stayed for five days.

  • As this is close to many other sites I think it is definitely worth a stop. There were interesting artifacts from local Catholic Churches. There was also a mostly-underground piece of the original Portuguese fort which was the first we had seen of it!.Excellent place to see, also known as Dutch palace. No photography allowed inside though. Highly recommended.
  • Famous museum in Fort Kochi. It is beside Bishops house. It was built to protect Bishop. It was having rich cultural heritage and Portuguese influences on Fort Kochi.
  • It's a small museum which houses lots of 19th and 20th century Christian artifacts, maps and some items of the past. Nicely maintained. Entry fee Rs. 10 per head.
  • The Indo Portuguese museum is located in Fort Kochi; it is an example of the influence of Portuguese in this area. The Indo Portuguese museum has 5 sections namely the Altar, Treasure, Procession, Civil Life and Cathedral. This museum is more attractive tourist destination in Kerala.
  • The curator of this museum Mr Joseph is excellent in his knowledge and enthusiasm. It was a wonderful experience discussing the various artefacts with him. Lovely place to visit.
