  • Nothing here to see. The place is completely overrun by grass and weeds and the headstones are barely visible. Also, the place is locked up and completely shut off to visitors. Makes one wonder why this place is tagged as a tourist attraction.
  • The dutch cemetry beach is a beautiful beach very closer to the Dutch cemetry. There is a long walk way to the end of the ship channel. The parking place and walk way are paved with the tiles and it looks very beautiful. There is a police out post here and you can get the helpful service of the Kerala police. The beach is very near and walkable distance to the Vas-co-De-Gama church(St.Francis CSI Church) and the Parade ground. There are lot of old colonial buildings near the beach. And the cemetry have so many Dutch tombs.
  • One of the traditional destination in Kochi. Recommend place for touristers.
  • The 282-year-old Dutch Cemetery in Fort Kochi is the oldest European cemetery in India. Old cemetery for the Dutch settlers and colonists from the 17th to 18th century. Interesting and quiet site for exploring the Fort Cochin history. Consecrated in 1724, the cemetery has 104 tombs of Europeans, mostly Dutch, who colonised Kerala. Now belongs to CSI Church.
  • Good hoping place needs some more attention from municipality to make it more attractive..
