  • Well, I planned for aqua-magica for my 4 years old daughter. It was her first visit to water park and it was utterly awesome experience for us seeing her damn happy to be there. What I personally liked abt this place was cleanliness of water and surrounding area. The staff was also professional and polite. However due to weekend rush all major rides was consuming 45mins in a queue. Hence, I and my wife decided to stay with our kid in the kids zone. Better to visit during weekdays. The only suggestions to the management is to provide enough Indian food options, the unlimited punjabi food option was pathetic (except ice-cream 😂).
  • The park is good with good water rides and wave fool but inside food and beverages are very costly, rain dance is not good. Ticket charges also bit costly.
  • Me and my wife visited aquamagica on 4 June 2016 which was a Saturday. And it was a horrible experience.Huge crowds everywhere. The whole locker room ,changing room, shower area etc. smelled of yucky sweat. The whole area resembled a jam packed n dirty railway station. It took around an hour to get a locker n change n reach the rides. A big loss on time as d rides took millions of hours to get thru.Very disappointing and upsetting.Stood in line for around 5 to 6 hours for a few rides whose time totalled to around 3 mins.It felt stupid to spend huge amounts of money to get such a pathetic experience.Food was average,no tables to sit on n again huge line to get food too.V had to opt out of some rides as they needed 3 or 4 people n V were two of us.So v spent around 5000 rupees for the thrill of 3 mins n v cud nt even repeat any of the rides. Please opt for local water parks to save on money n a better experience(diamond water park in Pune n water kingdom in mumbai).
  • Don't plan to go on weekends & other holidays. There not even an inch left where there is no visitor. For all main rides over 1.5 hour wait and queue of over be 100+ people. Worst this long wait standing in queue under scorching sun, people who don't air to pass between u and them, and some talking with voice louder than thunderbolt. Park time 11-6. And in these 7 hours we couldn't ride any of main or any of big slides. Just because of waiting time. Management must be thoughtful enough to handle extra crowd or provide more rides to balance the crowd among rides. I asked at ticket window about crowd so that if required I can upgrade to the Xpress, but they said its normal, take if u want - not so convincing. May be if u invest 20 min to get ticket - do upgrade for express. Else go somewhere else to enjoy. Only we could enjoyed kids' pool and rides as consolation in 7 hours. Of course kids enjoyed. Food: again long queues (during lunch time close to 1 hr in queue) , no sitting place (as limited tables are already occupied) , no ac in any of restaurants AND finally after all that hard work to get food it's really substandard. There is no franchise like McD, Dominos etc, it's all local type. Queueing starts from getting ticket (offline or online : both having same Windows) Getting to water park: u can go via ropeway or bus. Bigger queue for ropeway. If u wanna cover snow world then take book slot for it first, else you will have to come back midday, after changing cloths etc. Queue to get locker, queue for changing room and queueueueueueueeue for rides. I would term it MISMANAGEMENT - at least of peak days. May be if one visit during weekday , they can enjoy some. But weekends : a BIG NO - that too without express ticket.
