  • We drove from Chennai with a private car with chauffeur through South India. It was very varied, especially as we drove by Periyar to Kumarakom. Kumarakom is located about 125 km of Periyar, journey time approx. 4 hours and so we could enjoy the mountain route of the cardamom hills with its huge fields of tea. Only the structuring of the tea fields is fascinating. Then of course also the tropical shrubs and trees such as E.g. huge Trompetenblumen bushes, rubber plantations and country life of the population then of course also come to pure! The 4 hours as in flight, there was always something to see, it was not boring!
