Meenmutty Falls, Kalpetta

(170+ reviews on the web)
Waterfall
Take the 2 km (1.2 mi) hike through rich jungle to Meenmutty Falls, a dramatic three-tiered cataract with a combined height of 300 m (984 ft). Witness the water barrelling over huge boulders, and then cool off in the pools of calm water below. Ropes hooked up along the way help you traverse the giant rocks, but avoid visiting during the rainy season, as many have lost their lives over the years along the slippery track. Meenmutty Falls is just one of the many highlights you can arrange to see using our world travel planner, Kalpetta Edition.

  • Menmutty Falls was really falling from a great height making it a giant. The way to reach there is also like a short hike. Must visit.  more »
