  • Kanthanpara waterfall is very beautiful. It is situated 20km away from Kalpetta. It is smaller than Sentinel waterfall. It is very good picnic spot. In season you will this place heavily crowded.
  • Best place for outing.... It's near to mappadi wayanad
  • It's a small water fall, good and not much polluted. Infrastructure is developing.
  • Nature in its wildness. Follow the stream along the side. I visited there in a foggy evening. I couldn't able to see some 10 feet away. I followed the down stream, targeting the sound of heavy falls. And it was an astonishing seen... I stood there for some minutes... I was alone, almost dark, heavy fog and the wild roar of falls... U may not get this combination and ofcourse my experience... Donot attempt to swim in the stream. Tracks are muddy and slippery especially after a rain. Car, jeep and mini bus reach near the river. From there about 500m to main falls. Crossing the river through the conventional bridge is risky.
  • yae Laykit
  • Nice place for couples.
