  • Kantha para waterfalls a small and beautiful waterfall in Wayanad in a beautiful place , must visit and enjoy the nature of wayanad
  • Although smaller than Soochipara wtarefall, it's much less crowded and when we visited it, it was in the sun. A relaxed place to swim. We loved it.
  • We were suppose to go soochipara but jeep driver suggested us to go kanthanpara as water is more here than soochipara. When we visited it was not at all crowded with there was a waterfall and place to...  more »

  • The best waterfall for those who come with elderly and children to Wayanad. This waterfall is easily accessible whereas Soochippara waterfalls which is very beautiful and provides more excitement will require 30 minute walk through paved slopes and steps. This waterfall is small and once couldn't stand under the waterfall as one could do at soochipara. But it's safe and shallow and water is so clean that we can see the rock below. It is also less crowded and usually groups can find spots for themselves here even during peak of season.
  • Kanthanpara water falls is the only falls in wayanad for which you don’t have to trek. A narrow path will lead you to the actual waterfall. Since the place is less popular than soochippara falls it is more calm and hassle free. There is no trekking or climbing the slopes so it is very less tiresome and enjoyable.
  • Kanthanpara waterfall is very beautiful waterfall in Kerala. The surroundings of this waterfall are cool and relaxing for mind and also taking an adventurous trip in this tourist destination in Kerala. I really enjoy my vacation holiday tour programs in this tourist spot center in Kerala.
  • Nice, small waterfall located away from city. There is an area where you could take a dip. The water is clean and the place is well maintained. Please note that the road that leads to the falls is very bad and is narrow. It is very good picnic spot. In season, this place heavily crowded.
  • Road is little worst , they will charge Rs 40 per head ... If you are a in a small car... It's better to avoid. You will get a chance to play in water here. Falls is very small and safe to play with kids
