Royal Gaitor Tumbas, Jaipur
(4.3/5 based on 200+ reviews on the web)
Admire the white marble of Royal Gaitor Tumbas, a resting place for the kings of Jaipur. The complex abounds with intricate carvings and fantasy-like domes, blending with the rocky, arid nature in the most impressive way. Don't miss Jai Singh’s II impressive marble cenotaph, with a dome supported by twenty ornate pillars. The enchanting atmosphere and absence of tourist crowds make the complex ideal for appreciating the architecture in peace, or simply relaxing in tranquil surroundings.
