  • In the ravine between two hills is located this temple complex, very impressive. Inside lives a colony of monkeys used to the presence of humans. Potentially is a beautiful place, but is flooded with people asking for money even to breathe. You do not pay an entrance fee, but you can leave a donation for taking photos. You can reach the temple taking about 30 minutes by car/tuctuc or passing by the Galta gate (East of Jaipur) and doing a walk of about 15 minutes along a path in ruins that passes close to the Sun Temple. Attention because many drivers of tuctuc lead directly to Galta Gate and they will tell you to climb the trail up to the Sun Temple for views (beautiful at sunset), forgetting to mention that the Hanuman Temple is located behind the Hill and it is impossible to see unless you know your way because it is not shown.

  • A very old temple we were told, we visited it on the way to the airport. The swayambhu murti of Hanuman ji was at the centre of this temple, to which devotees regularly throng. It was not crowded when...  more »
  • The Temple of Khole Ke Hanuman is located in the central part of the Gorge of Mary Lincoln's finances. It was built near the source from which the wg. Legend water spurts from the Holy Ganges. Wymodlił the centuries the local Sage and ascetic. So it is a place of pilgrimage and Holy ablution. Are used to make two pools properly forming part of the temple; one for men, one for women. Above is the third ... for the inquisitive monkey here. They were, moreover, the heroines of the film "Monkey gang" (one of the episodes of a series of National Geographic Wild India "). The architecture of the temple, that is affixed to the rocks of the gorge at its narrowest point, interesting. Below that is closer to the entrance of the Gorge, a very interesting complex of Hindu temples. It is worth to enter both located on the main square (interesting architectural details, and no mood). Please pay also attention to their facades (unfortunately quite destroyed). Above the Temple of Hanumana path will lead us on the culmination of the Gorge and its highest point will lead to the Temple of the Sun. This part for older people, especially in the hot summer days, can be very strenuous. The prize, however, is impressive: panoramic, large view of Jaipur. Excellent. The whole thing about 10 km east of Jaipur. Well, and requires half the day. However, it is worth.

  • One of the best amazing place in Jaipur which I really like. I went here with my brother. we enjoy a lot.and the murti of hanuman ji is very nice. This is a tourist place also. and If you want to enjoy more and visit this place in rainy season. and I never forget my experience of here. I love this place.
  • I love this place since my childhood. I am sure this is not only a temple but place for peace & positivity. My Last trip to jaipur was in Sep.2016 and I didnt miss to go .
  • I have been to this temple many a times since my childhood days. And over the years, the temple & many small other temples in the campus have been laid in a very arranged manner so as to comfort the devotees who often visit the place in huge numbers (esp on tuesdays & saturdays). It is known that many years ago, an engraved sculpture of Lord hanuman was found inscribed in the hills while the hills were being cut down. Since then, the temple has been constructed around Lord hanuman sculpture on the hill. The devotion by the devotees & their faith in lord hanuman is incomparable as many believe that they are not returned empty handed but their prayers are heard. A very beautiful temple which looks even gorgeous in winters & rainy season
  • Very famous Hanuman ji temple surrounded by mountains. Famous for churma dal bati goths. Heavily crowded on Tuesdays and Saturdays. Now a days it is a major tourist attraction of Jaipur.
