  • Will maintained palace of kings of indore. Do visit if you want to see their lifestyle up close. It is more of a museum now but in a well maintained condition.
  • Absolutely loved it...It really is a shame that photography is not allowed (you'll be asked to keep your cellphones in a locker). It's a royal palace and just like any other historically preserved monument, this one is also kept under best conditions possible. You're of course not allowed to touch the furniture (since it's around a 150 years old, as the caretakers say); you can almost feel the ambience of how his highness Tukoji Rao Holkar III lived in the palace. If you're visiting Indore on a trip, do not miss it!
  • The Palace of Holkar King. European style architecture. Very interesting to see the old rooms. But the maintenance is poor. The palace ground is not closed off so people have littered the area. A good visit if you are a tourist in Indore, as these are the only few places to see.
  • Good Palace. Excellent Condition. Only Gardens Are Not Maintained Properly. Overall Its One And Only Well Preserved Historical Place In Indore.
