  • No matter how many times you visit this place you cant get enough of it. Its an amazing museum with great variety of collections. Its very huge and spreaded over few floors too with different categories & its completely air conditioned. It has prized collections belonging to different civilizations dating back to the 1st century. Also its the largest collection of antiques in the world. And the best part is that you will get all this at a minimal cost. Go for it and experience a whole new world!
  • The best museum to visit. Very antique collection of statues and articles. Every person who is interested in historical things must visit. At least reserve 2 to 3 hours. Very well maintained. It's completely Air-conditioned. The good thing is there chairs kept at different chambers to take rest if your legs are feeling pain.
  • Very well maintained. Huge museum and an amazing range of artifacts on display. The collections are mind boggling. I Specifically loved the ivory collection , jade collection , weapons collection , clock room and painting and sculpture collections. Bathrooms and canteen should be improved though
  • Visited for the second time. There's a lot a explore, especially if you like history, arts, culture, sculpture, etc. This place tells us about the Salar Jung's family tree structure. How was the time at their time. I loved spending four hours of time here. I was double delighted because they allowed photography. One star less due to the cleanliness. Time well spent. Period
  • Very nice place steeped in historic items. Three levels to see here. Takes a lot of time to see everything here. Bags not allowed inside, free STORAGE for bags is available, you get to keep the keys of the locker too. A separate Rs 50 ticket is there for camera or for PHONE if you are going to use it for photography. If in group, it is advisable to buy just one Rs 50 ticket, n use if for all photography.
