  • Lots of money spent on the infrastructure. Unfortunately no money is spent on maintaining the place. Really in dire state. The grass in the ground has dried up. The place has hardly been cleaned. The bathrooms we're stinky. Absolutely horrific to see such sad state of affairs. I haven't been to the other indoor stadium, so I won't comment on that. The stadium is pretty accessible from every where.
  • This is an ultra modern stadium. It was opened in 2003. It has a capacity of 30,000. It has been named after after GMC Balayogi, who was an ex speaker of Lok Sabha who died accidentally in an air crash. The opening ceremony of the first Afro Asian games was held here. At present, the stadium is being maintained by the Telangana state sports authority.
  • It's a very good stadium but now they are not maintaining, building a stadium is very tuff to arrange funds, land and etc. Our great Visionary CM Chandrababu built this in united AP, now Telengana government and CM KCR is not even maintaining and built a small stadium, see the difference
