  • Iconic structure. Heart of old city and a Hyderabad heritage. Suggest to visit this place around 5pm. Beautiful place at night as it is all lighted. Refrain from climbing stairs if you have leg or knee problems. Get a view of old city from the top. Great experience. Don't forget to click a picture :)
  • It's always a 5 out 5. This is the place which runs all through the day crazy. You find all the shopping around this place. Most happening place in whole Hyderabad and it's the real Hyderabad. One should fall in love with this monument built in remembrance for the people who are affected with Plague disease in 19th century. Beside this you find a chowmahal palace a mandatory visit to look at the Nijams lifestyle in those days. Proud of India that our Nizams have got Rolls Royce long back ago hurray😂🤘🏻 GUYS FOR PARKING DO USE NIZAMIA GENERAL HOSPITAL WHICH IS ADJACENT TO CHARMINAR🤘🏻
  • It's originally a Shia Muslim mosque which still holds the shia characteristics including mimbar and chilla of imam raza on its rooftop, and Alam engravings with names of Allah, Muhammad, Ali, inside its brilliant artwork ordered by the prominent Shia ruler of Hyderabad Mir Quli Qutub Shah, who constructed it like a copy of a mausoleum tomb of 8th Shia imam Imam Raza which is in Masshad, Iran. Majalis is held within this aashurkhana on 21 Ramadan every year and on aashura that is 10 moharram every year.
  • If you want to witness the beauty and feel of old hyderabad, the place is a must watch. Though it's located in the middle of the road and is highly crowded but it's worth a visit. You'll come to know the story behind creation of the city and lot of facts. Climbing the uniquely built stairs is fun. There are lots of shops in nearby vicinity where you will get great food, apparels and other stuffs at amazingly low prices.
  • A great monument. A must visit place in Hyderabad. Old people and those who have knee problems or very small kids should restrain from climbing the stairs and going on top of Charminar. Also please does not eat from nearby hotels because almost all hotels are non hygienic and does not have wash rooms or toilets. Its a street sshoppers paradise and you have to bargain a lot.
