  • Be prepared to take off your shoes and caution the ground can get hot. An incredible amount of beautful white marble. You could spend 20-60 minutes there.

  • This temple dedicated to Lord Venkateshwara has a perfect blend of Oriya and South Indian architectural styles. Lawns and plants around the temple are well maintained and give fresh and pleasant touch to the visitors visiting the temple. Visitors can have a panoramic view of the city from the temple, since it is built on a hilltop. There is a free facility to keep your footwear before entering into the temple. Cameras, mobile phones or gadgets used for recording or photography needs to be submitted to the separate counter, since photography is strictly prohibited in the temple.
  • Nice place to visit... Very neat and clean place.. As the temple on the hill top you can see magnificent view of hussain sagar lake and whole Hyderabad city... Digital devices like mobile phones cameras etc not allowed inside the temple... But they provided locker facility free of cost.. Lift facility is also available for disabled person...
  • Birla Mandir is an awesome place to be in Hyderabad. One gets to see great views of the city as it's located on top of a mountain. Lord Venkateswara's statue will make you speechless and spellbound. Don't forget to click pictures outside as cameras and mobiles are not allowed in the temple premises. The greatest of this Temple is that there won't be Sun Heat while moving along the steps even though it was a open one and lot of beautiful arrangements being maintained neatly. Great experience overall.
  • Situated at 280 feet on a twin hill named Kala Pahad and Naubath Pahad, even though you will find it bit difficult to drive on narrow line, but once you reach the temple you are going to enjoy it. Ample parking space. You cannot take your mobile phones or bulky bags inside the temple, so either you keep it at locker room or in your car or two wheeler storage compartment. So its bit challenging may be for some of us to stay calm without our phone, but I bet once you climb to the top floor of the hotel, the skyline facing toward the necklace road and Hussain Sagar lake with wind touching your face, time to calm your senses and enjoy the mesmerizing atmosphere. I visited during Diwali festival, could see the fire crackers lightning up the sky. Tip: Visit during sunset :)
  • Well maintained, neat and clean great city view pleasant atmosphere, great place to spend with family. Lord Venkateshwara temple at the center and highest altitude of the city. the art and sculptures on the walls are great.
