  • Had one of the most exciting experiences at this place. Hiked almost to the top of the mountain in those breezy conditions. Unforgettable. The view from there is sublime!
  • Definitely Should be in your bucket list! The Roads That Lead To The Pass To Say The Least Are Bad..At One Point Of Time You Will Feel Like Why On Earth Did I Come Here..But The Scenery Is Enthralling!
  • Going to Rohtang has been the highlight of my life. 13000 feet above sea level, this place was an absolute bliss. Covered with white pristine snow, you can trek the nearby hills or ski down their slopes. The pass is really well maintained and hats off to the BRO for doing an amazing job. The problem is that during peak tourist season the taxis will skin you off and the passes are difficult to obtain online. Even though the NGT has restricted the number of vehicles it's clear, the extent to which the rules are being followed. Money exchanges the hands of taxi drivers and policemen at the check post and it's really disappointing. My only request is if you are reading this and go to Rohtang please please please don't litter that place. There are washrooms there and if you have some garbage with you take it back. This place truly is amazing and as tourists it's our duty to preserve it's sanctity for others to enjoy.
  • It's great. One should visit and enjoy. Our nation has great locations for all seasons. Let us popularise what nature has given to us. Pl don't litter with plastics.
  • A must visiting place of my dream→Rohtang pass. very cold weather. This place is good for visit in September and October.

Where to stay in Manali

The hill station of Manali has long been a resort town, so it possesses a large number of accommodations. A varied set of places to stay spreads across the main urban area, with perhaps the greatest number located in a basin surrounding the bus depot, consisting of simple hotels, lodges, and guesthouses. Head up the hills to the west to find a slightly more refined set of hotels, with the most luxurious ones in town occupying spots overlooking the main town.
