  • Although this is a Hindu place of worship, there is plenty of Buddhist influence in the vicinity. There is adequate parking, (you would need to drive up here!), followed by a short stroll up to the well maintained temple. Located at a height near about ~7000ft, this Temple dedicated to Lord Hanuman is beautiful in it's own rights. View on a sunny day is incomparable to anything else in Gangtok. Mt Kanchenjunga is clearly visible with other nearby high peaks (pictures attached). Must visit (on a sunny day).
  • It is a Wonderful temple built at the hill top. It offers great views of East Sikkim hills and view becomes more beautiful at the time of sunset. It is one of the best part of Gangtok sightseeing tour. You can cut flower show in your itinerary to pay a visit to this temple if you are short of time.

  • A beautiful temple built at heights on way to Nathula pass from Gangtok. Maintained very well and a place to visit. A rooftop in the premises gives excellent view of hills surrounding the area.
  • One of the points in Gangtok. Lord Hanuman mandir. Situated at a beautiful location with some stairs to climb up.. Old aged people might avoid this place due to climbing the stairs specially with people having Arthritis..
