  • Ganesh Tok, a temple of Lord Gansha. It's located at an altitude of 6,500 ft and at a hill adjacent to that of the huge TV Tower. Tourists come here not only to offer prayers to Ganesh, but also to soak in the views from the viewing lounge and the circular balcony around it. The temple itself is quite small. However next to is the enclosed viewing lounge with glass panels. The balcony around is even better for the views. You can see the Gangtok town, rolling hill and the snow capped mountains including Kanchenjunga. You will need to climb a stair case to reach to the upper levels where the temple and viewing area are located. The views from circular galleries is just awesome.
  • The view from the Ganesh Tok is very beautiful. It has a 360 degree view from above. It is very calm and serene and the temple is pretty famous too! It is not a very high climb and the car goes till the end. Only few steps to be climbed, so is pretty much doable by everyone. Must see!
  • Nice place to worship. Quite atmosphere Besides the fact, it's a bit scary to look below from the balcony. There's a deep valley
  • Must visit place when you are in Gangtok. Ganesh temple with great views. We can try Sikkim's traditional wardrobe hear in a reasonable price. Get snacks in the stall nearer to it.
  • Nice ganpati temple, near Zoological park in Gangtok. The temple is nice and good place to visit with family.
