Visit Enchey Monastery, a peaceful Buddhist monastery built on the spot where legendary flying Lama Drupthob Karpo built his hermitage. Believed to hold the protective spirits of deities Khangchendzonga and Yabdean, the monastery holds deep religious significance in the area. Admire the richly decorated prayer hall and exterior structure, and listen to the colorful prayer flags fluttering in the wind. Look out for the vibrant Cham dance festival held twice a year in January and February.
