  • the prince Haveli... the place to be for your holidays in Rajasthan.une beautifully restored Haveli,... very nice change of scenery, the menus: a delight, without forgotten the rooms, lounges, pool... areas and the small more: excursions in Royal enfield! (for the biker).

  • We arrived at Fatehpur by chance and found the haveli also by chance. It is wonderful! As an island in the middle of the ocean. The restoration and all the work that lies behind the reconstruction impresses. The room in which we stayed we love from the beginning. Bed at the top was accessed by an impressive marble staircases, and the bathroom was hidden behind an also impressive wooden doors. Worth paying by stay for a day of total relaxation in a merchant House of 200 years ago. Guys thanks for your kindness!

  • After visiting a few mundane to Nawalgarh haveli, we go to Keoladeo to visit the haveli Leprince. Easy to find, she is highly regarded, we are greeted by Lea, a student in history and history of art and currently an intern here. 200 Rps per person entry. None say that it is expensive! Even our paper guide 2016 edition, page 659 endorse those comments moved! In short, if we can't pay 3 euros to visit a small wonder we do not travel! So Lea guides us and tells us the story of the haveli in general, the context of the road of silk and of course the "adventure" of the haveli Nadine Leprince in particular: its history, its restoration and its maintenance. It's very interesting and it is true that the result of the restoration of the "monument" is of great beauty. At the end of the visit, we discover the gallery where Madame Leprince artist painter exhibited his works as well as a selection of Indian artists. It is a must visit in the shekavati that I highly recommend.
