  • Nice place to visit for Devotees of Lord SHIVA.. Though there is controversy about this place's recognition as Jyothirlinga, it has a nice calm temple. Out side there is a 185 feet tall Shiva Statue which is nice to see.
  • Nice place.. Feel good & blessed place... Claim to be 12th ज्योतिर्लिंग, but I don't want to comment on this... Over all good to be here..
  • This place, set amidst quite and tranquil surrounding is a place dedicated to Lord Shiva. Not very crowded, you can offer your puja to the lord in peace. The temple is neat and clean too. The high statue of Shiva is worth seeing. Very revered among the Shaivites for being one of the jyotirlinga.
  • Shiva in the meditation mode sits outside the temple creates a sense of attraction to the temple .....The inner temple doesn't allow photography so guards are rude a bit .... Great place to visit on the way to or back from beyt dwarka.....

Where to stay in Dwarka

As a major point of Hindu pilgrimage, you'll find a number of accommodations located close to the main temple in Dwarka. With the city built only on a small scale, you won't have too many problems accessing the main sites, regardless of where you stay in town. By the same token, however, places in the city can fill up very quickly, particularly during August and September when a range of festivities are held. Hotels go from mid-range to basic, and you'll also find some dormitory-style lodging in town.
