Weave your way around snaking staircases, hidden paths, and perfectly kept lawns at Sim`s Park, a lush attraction in the heart of Conoor. Enjoy a quiet ramble through a well-kept botanical landscape, keeping a keen eye out for the crimson tinted rosefinch, often found on the aromatic branches of the cinnamomum trees scattered across the park. Established in 1874, the garden remains a popular spot and can get quite busy at the weekends. Restrooms and concessions are located on site. • A pleasant place to have a picnic woth your family. Rich in flora, they have wide variety of trees n plants, which are seen all ober the world. Weekends are very crowded. Avoid goin on weekends.
  • This park in coonoor and is spread in a vast area Huge trees and flowers maintained by the horticulture department is excellent and wonderfull to watch Best place for all ages to spend their time
  • Park has been maintained very well, but the staff are unfriendly and only look at the visitors in the aspect of making as much money as possible. I had carried a camera and my friend who bought the tickets forgot to mention the camera and it's fee. A staff inside the park had begun bothering about the camera and wasn't willing to excuse nor allow to take it into custody so that I could collect it back. I had to turn back and only then made his way clear for others to wander around. Nice tourism development will they have in the future, with this kind of mindset. Maybe he was expecting something, which I wasn't willing to pay. They should restrict at the entry itself rather than embarrassing and making the tourists unhappy. So to hell with these people.
  • Beautiful and well maintained park in Coonoor. Not as crowded as the popular gardens in Ooty. This place is more laidback.
  • Coonor best park .!! Best place to go in summer holidays with family and friends. Lake and big trees are inside. A small nursery farm in glass farm house
