  • The waterfall is located in temple premises. Beautiful Shiva temple and waters rushing down the mountain. There are some idols carved on rocks. One can have bath at the waterfall. Good one tin visit.
  • Kalhatti falls start at the top of the Chandra Drona Hill and drops from a height of 45 mtr to flow before the veerbhadreshshwara Temple. It is situated 10 km from Kemmangundi.
  • Most of them who visit does not got all the way to the top of the falls. The one near to main road is just like water flowing. But if we trek for 45 min-1 hr, we go to a waterfall that is astonishing ...  more »

  • Paid an entrance fee of Rs 50 and had to travel 2 to 3 kms from the main road to reach the water fall. Its a very small fall in front of a temple and you will have to walk for 50 mts after parking your vehicle. Chappal is not allwed and you will have to pay Rs 5 to safe keep your chappal. You can take bath after climbing the hill. Not safe for family. Not worth the risk of reaching there. My personal opinion
  • Spiritual place with water falls. Nice place to hangout with family and friends. Cleanliness should be given priority.
  • God has blessed the place with a beautiful waterfall, however we have ruined the place. - There is a mad rush during weekends with traffic jams leading to the falls - The whole place is covered with trash and plastic - with tourists' poor civic sense - The crowd (usually young locals of the district) are very unruly and pick up fights with tourists - Police is absent and things are totally disorganised. Avoid this place.
  • Good place, but needs better maintenance. You can walk a little above the temple and take a dip nicely.
  • Good place, falls infront of temple. But too polluted.
