  • Sri Venkateswara Swamy Temple is a landmark Vaishnavite temple situated in the hill town of Tirumala at Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh, India. The Temple is dedicated to Lord Venkateswara, an incarnation of Vishnu. Venkateswara is known by many other names: Balaji, Govinda, and Srinivasa. Tirupati is well connected by road, rail and air. If you love to walk the hill then from Tirupati climb the hills of almost 15 kms. to Tirumala Temple. You don't have to worry about your belongings. Temple trust will take care of it and will hand over your luggage when you reached Tirumala. It takes around 5 hours by walk and around 30 minuted by road. Devotees from all over the world are coming to this temple. There are various types of Sevas at the temple and you will have to book the Sevas well in advance. All facilities are now online. Book any Sevas or Darshan online.
