Religious Site
Feel at peace as you marvel at the grandeur of ISKCON Chennai, Sri Sri Radha Krishna Temple, a five-story Buddhist temple and the largest in Tamil Nadu. It features a 650 sq m (6,000 sq ft) hall, boasting three teakwood altars as well as religious deities such as Lord Krishna and his consort Radharani. Before stepping inside, notice the entrance of the building, which depicts a universal pattern based on ancient Indian cosmology. Find a series of circular islands surrounding a central pillar called Mount Meru.
