  • It's a zoological park where we can see all types of forest animals. This is nice place, Once must visit. We can spent 3 to 4 hours nicely. Tourist vehicles are also available here. Go in a group and enjoy this place. Once we went in a group and enjoyed picnic party here.
  • Best place in Chennai to spend time with Family. Its a big zoo, so if you can't walk try cycle services or use zoo Cab vehicles. Need to buy ticket in entrance itself. Now Entry ticket is Rs 50 per adult. Best place for Nature/Animal lovers and even photographers. Need to buy Rs 25 tickets for mobile phone cameras too. They check in entrance itself.
  • Very nice tourist spot.. travel with family. .. preferable mode of transport is cycle if you want to cover all the places... huge area... well maintained.. sad to see many trees fallen .. The lake with mountain view is treat to our eyes... lots of bus facility available..
  • Good to just cycle or walk in nature. Poorly maintained. Full of lovers. Not so many animals available. Animals places are not maintained properly also the animals. Restroom and dark and spooky, no proper light. They don't bother about the normal visitors but just the vip visitors. Though the vehicles available they refused to run it on Sunday. They need to redo their management.
  • Try on a non-crowded day.. a good place to hang out with your little ones.. be there as early as possible .. it would be good if there are couple of good restaurants inside.. as they won't let you take any outside food... I suggest you hire a bicycle than the electric vehicle to make the most of it. The best part is, it is clean and green.
