  • Excellent temple with all arupadai temples in one place. Palamudhir solai has built in the form of Vel and has Sidhdhars on pillars Agasthiar, Bohar, Pamban Swamigal, each facing their respective Murugar on opposite pillar. Very calm, neat, nicely maintained temple.
  • You can see all the arupadai veedu murugan at the same place. Must visit temple and awesome near by beach
  • Great!!!! Save your Cost!!!!In Chennai!!! All Six Murugan Deities in One place!!!!! Very peaceful Temple. You can make darshan of all the 6 Deities of Lord Murugan at one place. There is a lot about the history of this Temple. Many people do not know about this. Once the former Chief Minister MGR visited His Holiness Maha Periyava Sri Sri Chandra sekar endra Saraswathi Swamigal, the Chief of Sankara Mutt Kanchipuram. As He, The Swamigal was in a small Hut, MGR parked his Car in a remote place and walked to see Him. As he entered inside, His Holiness Periyava told that he is unable to offer him a Chair as a Chief Minister, but MGR replied that His Holiness is the Chief here at Kanchi and sat on the mud floor and asked him about the purpose of calling him. The Periyava said he wanted to see MGR like others and make a request. Maha Periyava told that people are struggling to visit all the six Holy Places of Lord Muruga and they will not have sufficient money to visit all the places and hence requested MGR to construct a Temple with all the Six Deities in one place so that they can make Darshan at one place. Immediately MGR accepted and constructed this Temple. Once when MGR was ill at Brooklyn Hospital, The Pramacharya offered Prayer at this Temple for his fast recovery. So now people of Chennai and around can visit without much expenses and make their Dharshan and Prayers to Six Deities of Lord Muruga in One Place here and remember with reverence and remembrance of His Holiness Mahaperiyava and MGR also.
  • Very good and peaceful place to visit. All 6 Murugan temple Present in one place
  • One if the most beautiful temples in modern era, built on traditional fundamentals. Entirely built on granite, close to the beach. Calm, peaceful and breezy. On a non-festive day, you can hear own breath. Overflowing with divinity. Non-commercial temple which maintains high standards in cleanliness. Other metros can only dream about such a temple.
